The Henrietta Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on May 6, 2025, beginning at 5:30 p.m. to hear a request by Anna Gould for a variance request to variance Article IV Sec 406-Lot Area and Other Requirements For “R-1” and “R-2” Uses on Less Than Five Acres, at the property location is 9037 Kinch Rd, Jackson, MI 49201; parcel ID: 000-04-27-100-001-04.  The hearing will be held at the Henrietta Township meeting room, 11732 Bunkerhill Road, Pleasant Lake.  All comments will be taken into consideration at this time.
